I thought it was about time to post some pictures of my progress so far. I started my weight loss on Mar 1, 2011 at 244.6 and have lost 37 pounds so far.

I will add new pics as I keep losing the weight!

Pic 1 - 244.6 Pounds *this is my sister, not my wife :)
Pic 2 - 215.0 Pounds (look at those guns, lol)

Thanks Guys! As you can see in my ticker, I still have a ways to go - but I feel great so far and can't wait to have some new 'after' pics.
 
wow 37lbs in that amount of time is great and such an inspiration to me...makes me feel like I can do it! love seeing those pics; what a beautiful bride and gorgeous baby. they're going to love having their man healthy!!

keep it up, you're doing so well!!! :)
 
Okay, I made my wife take a new picture of me this morning and added it to the first post. I love seeing the pics side-by-side... it's so easy to forget where you started and how far you've come.

Katers - you can absolutely do this. It will be hard, but stick with it and all of the hard work will pay off! Congrats on the 24 pound weight loss so far!

thanks for the encouragement! I really do appreciate it. :coolgleamA: I still have a ways to go before I reach my goal, but it's nice to see some progress!

I should have made this clear when I posted, the bride in my first picture is my sister - not my wife. I wish I could have lost the weight prior to her wedding, I feel like I ruined half the pics, lol.

Also your baby is just adorable, when I saw the pics I was like 'aaaaahhhhhh......'
 
Great job man, you are doing excellent. The pics are awesome. Dont know if you use any websites or phone apps to aid in your fitness and diet but I use Livestrong to track my daily food intake(their food database is very extensive) and for the fitness side I use Runkeeper. They have been very helpful and motivational in my journey. Keep up the great work it is great to see other people succeeding, it helps to keep me focused as well. Awesome, keep it up:)!!!
