Aw schucks guys, you all are so wonderful. I always thought I would ALWAYS have a belly, that it would NEVER go away, and that I would NEVER have abs... and I always told myself, "thats just how my body is." BUT, with a lot of hard work, determination, and dedication you CAN make your body look however you want it to.

My pooch is soooo small now, I just cannot believe it... like it isnt there and this is the same fat I have had my WHOLE life, even when I was 122 pounds. But, since i am doing things differently my body is working with me, not against me. I love it.
