way to go ya'll. Me I stalled this week, I didnt gain any but didnt lose any either. I went out with a friend and had a big blow out and this is what happens lol. The ounces are coming down but too close to list a change yet but Im expecting a big drop next week.
 
I'm really disappointed because...either I'm bloated or I gained a few pounds last week from eating so horribly and not exercising.


I'm seriously back at 161 :(.

Hillbill---sorry about the plateau. When I didn't lose any weight one week I went super freakin' psycho at the gym and kicked my butt back into weight-loss gear. What steps are you taking to restart your weight loss?

kaitie Mostly I'm just reevaluating all the numbers. Since I have been doing all the yard work I kicked up my calories and then in one week I lost eight pounds. So with the extra exercise my BMR went way up but I didn't adjust my calories accordingly.
 
pineola it can get old real fast. one pound at a time seems like it takes forever. Maybe it's a calorie adjustment thats needed or up on the exercise.
 
Pineola: Give us a run down of what your eating and what kind of exercises you're doing...maybe if we all put our heads together we can find a way for you to lose more than one pound this week.
 
Yep! Down two more pounds! I am so close to 180--I can't wait to get there!! Also, I'm 9 pounds away from my first weight-loss goal...I can't believe it! It seems like yesterday that I was sulking cause I was 203.5 pounds---and now almost 20 pounds are gone! I still mentally feel like the 'fattest girl in the room' but I imagine that will start to change soon. I can't wait to see my family on the 20th of October....I'll be down at least 25 pounds by then *crosses fingers* and they haven't seen me since the first of September, I want to hear them all say 'Wow!' *heehee*
