Congrats Kaitie! Yeah, I'd love to hear the 'wow', too. ;) I'm actually looking forward to our summer jaunt to Nebraska to see family next year for that very reason.
 
This weeks losses.
Pequin 5 pounds
Hillbilly 1 pounds
Kaitie 2 pounds = 8 pounds we don't ever want to see again.

(Then there is kaities extra two pounds from Saturday but 2 pounds is two pounds; 4 in one week way to go. Just the two of you was 9 pounds, quite impressive.)
 
Ok.. weighed in at EXACTLY the same time as last week.

Yes, thank you ladies and gentlemen - 6lb have have decided to run away and hide - never to be heard from again. Woo. to the hoo. Thank you.

I'm down 5 pounds (which seems like a lot for one week but I was a victim of an evil scale incident for a week or so)

Since it has just been we three for the last few weeks the numbers are.....

Pequin- 6 pounds
Kaitie - 5 pounds
Randy- 2 pounds= 13 pounds

hmmm whats 13 pounds????????
ok between just the three of us we lost a small bowling ball.......

This Week: 317 - 3lb lost, woohoo!!

Looks like my weight loss is starting to even out to the recommended limit. That makes me very happy because I NEVER want to see this tub o' flub again!! :D:D:D

Don't worry hillbillylee--we'll be together in our stagnation!

Ok so mines not really stagnation here's the deal. Last Thursday I weighed in at 179, that of course was the last time I saw that number because Saturday I was 181.5, and now I've finally dropped down to 179.5 today...so I'm beginning to think that the scale at the gym was messed up and showed me as 179 when I really wasn't because ever other time I step on it it's been saying what my scale at home says. I don't know. Either I was 181.5 and lost two pounds or I was 179, gained 2.5 and lost 2. Ugh.

At least I'm in the 170's--even if it is by the skin on my chinny chin chin.
