Yes, I do it constantly.
I'm not sure what happened. TOM did visit, but has gone, so that shouldn't be it. It has not been hot, so I am not holding water (I don't think), I exercised a lot by my standards and kept at a good calorie level all week. I did do more free weights than usual, but I don't think I would have gained that much muscle from a few days of workouts. The only thing I can think of to do is execise more which I need to do anyway, but I thought I would have lost something. Maybe I am not counting my calories right, but I weigh almost everything I eat at home so I am not guessing. I always round up not down. If it happens again next week I am going to freak out. I measured myself this week as well, so hopefully I can see some results there and won't rely only on the scale. I just think as much as I weigh I should be dropping the lbs like crazy. Oh, well. Who knows. I'm not going to let myself get discouraged.
