Woke up this morning and went to the scale!! I had to stop myself in mid step remembering I can't weigh myself everyday!! This is going to be tough! I'm addicted to the scale. :(
 
So many great results!!! Oh and I used to take the battery out of my scales and get hubby to hide it, just to stop me weighing every day!! :D
 
hf its a simple fix. Tell your hubbie he's "cut off" If you find your scale any day other than Friday and it'll take sherlock Holmes to find it......

Avi, its better than a gain, especially after the ice cream was calling you. The ice cream was calling me today, and I had SILLY amounts. Reasonable estimate is 5000 CALORIES!!! for today ... ooooops. Ah well, we are bound to have slip ups sometimes :rolleyes:
 
yup.. I am back on to good food now... one of my favorites acsually.. :)

Cream of Mushroom soup made with water - 140 cal for entire can
watermelon - not many calories
celery with cheese - bout 50 cal of cheese.. really not bad.

I love watermelon.. and love love LOVE cream of mushroom soup. :)
 
That's the thing, I love healthy foods too ..... we just have to remind ourselves sometimes. Thanks for the reminder ;)
 
my other huge fault the last 2 weeks is lack of sleep.

and that takes a toll on me.

I'm afraid with me not being here friday... or being here next friday, I weighed yesterday morning, and I've dropped 600g, just over a pound :eek: A miracle since I was holiday for a week!

Well done everyone! It's great coming back and seeing people do well.

Avi, maintaining is definitely better than a gain. And in a way, it's good to maintain a week, that way you know your body's adjusting to the weight loss. Great going on the crunchies as well! Nearly there, dude! They'll be gone by the time I get home again. *waves banner for the home stretch*

In Cyprus, there were fields of watermelon growing! And the guy who we rented the villa off left up one of his watermelons :p It was gorgous, I ate it for breakfast nearly every day!

Mrs B, as always, you have a wonderful attitude. Never let it get you down, just get back on ;) You're such an inspiration dude!

Well, since I'm missing it again, good luck for this friday, and I'll see all in another week.

Just wanted to drop in a hello and see how all my FSD buddies were doing...I miss the part of the forum! You are all so wonderful and I hope you're having good days!
 
I'm resisting the urge to weigh myself....I want to know but yet I'm scared that all my work this week will be for nothing. Argh!!!
