It doesn't change what you are going to weigh tomorrow so don't torture yourself. It's hard, I know. That's why I joined this group....so I could commit to just one day per week. I think even that is a bit too much sometimes.

Its funny how some people can think about one object so bad. Its a shiny box on the bathroom floor and it always calls to me. Maybe I shouldn't have named it.

Thanks for making me laugh...I'll try to stop obsessing over it. I guess it's because this is the first time that I've really tried to lose weight and I'm scared that I'm not doing enough.

There will be times when you don't lose weight, Kaitie. Just don't let those days get you down. Do the best you can and it will come off. It will be slow and steady and last forever if you do it right. Just be patient with yourself.
 
Kaitie, I know how you feel..that's how I felt when I first started. You should feel good about working hard!


I know, I just know, that I'm still going to be at 163...maybe more. This week has been disastrous. I've been eating a bunch of chocolate...I seriously have no self control around that stuff.:rolleyes:
 
Hi Guys,

Just wondering if I could join your club? It seems perfect for as for some unknown reason I have chosen Friday's to weigh in. I weighed myself this morning and my weight was 92.9kg (204.8 pounds) which is a loss of 1.4kg
(3.09 pounds). This keeps me ontrack with my mini goal :)

Its that time of the month, and I am up to 264.5....So, I put on a pound! Hopefully it goes away soon. (I did drink a milkshake yesterday, but I walked a mile after I drank it.)

well I lost 5 more pounds. I do love these weeks when I pull away from the two pound mark. It also seems to be the weeks i do walking so i really need to make it a regular thing.
