Jogging troubles

Well, to be honest, I DO enjoy running, however, my stamina when I run seems to be ridiculously low. I can't seem to go for more than two laps jogging without stopping to get a drink, and when I do, it's lap after lap I get a drink. When I do run, I tend to grab my throat, as it feels it is drying out quite fast. Is this a matter of lacking energy needed to run, or do I have something wrong with my throat?

When you breath, is it thru your nose or your mouth?

but - if your body is acting differently than it usually does - you should have it checked out by a doctor and not be asking people on an internet forum...

I had that problem..It was difficult to figure out if it was mental for me because I was out of shape and was looking for excuses to stop or that I was having a hard time breathing. After about 4 months, I decided to see a doctor and after a few test, I found out its my breathing, and now have an inhaler. Now I can run much more without stopping.

Just take is slow. That is the biggest mistake of new runners!

Keep up the good work!
