Day 75: (75?!?) 352
ok..11 pounds in 75 days. It's cool. the last two weeks have been where it really has been dropping. I think the wall has fallen finally. Now, the new date for the trip is Dec 10th and it is just to Disney. We are going to hold off on the universal till later. That's 98 days, 14 weeks. So I plan on making 3 different goals.
LOW goal:338 1lb a week (this week goal for this is 351)
GOOD goal:324 2 lb a week (this week goal for this is 350)
GREAT goal:317 2.5 a week (this week goal for this is 349.5)
and the
WTF goal: 310 3 lbs a week (this week goal for this is 349)
Here's the thing. With finally breaking the wall and a new focus on what I eat, I think I can hit that GREAT goal. Either way, I can say that just hitting the good goal puts me at my lowest weight since I returned from Iraq. The WTF goal would be the lowest I've been in around a decade.
