Tracking matters, so here goes:

I'm a 60 year old woman, who gained a lot of weight when I had a bad injury 2 years ago. I am fully recovered, but I was in a coma for 8 weeks, and in the hospital after that for a long time. I've lost 24 of those extra pounds, but I'm still 21 more pounds than I'd like, so I keep going.

Today I did elliptical, and when I get back to my apartment, I'll work a bit with dumbells and body weight calesthentics.

I'm making black bean soup today, and that will be my dinner.

Anyone here use fitbit?
 
Hi, Jeodo & welcome to the diary section of the forum. I use a Fitbit, but exercise is not such a focus for me. I concentrate more on my "diet" & do IF (the 5:2 version). On those 2 days, I don't move much. We all do different things, but there is a great mix of people from all over the world. They are a friendly & supportive bunch & I hope you like it.
