YooHoo! Nice work! It's funny once you start seeing results it's get easier to get into a grove with it. When I made my goals, I tried not to get too lofty in my goal. I know I'm never going to be 185 like I was in High School, but I also know that when I was 205 and working out years ago, I was in really good shape and felt great, and thats what I wnated to hit again. Honestly if I hit 210-215 I'll be very happy and anything lower than that is just gravey. Try to make your goal something you think you can hit in a year or so and keep it real. 1.5-2lbs per week is a reasonable goal, and it's generally considered a good pace to go. There will be times when you blow that number out the door, and times when you dont meet that number. Take them all in stride, and just realize this is a lifestyle change and it takes time, and you'll get there
