Day Whatever whatever!
aww thanks Jessica
I am starting over today! I am recommitting today! I have been talking to an old friend I grew up with since elementery school and we were talking about getting together when I head home for a visit in December. I am completely motivated to looking my best, no scratch that... FEELING my best when I see him. I want to be proud of where I am in my life and radiate that positive feeling to poeple that I will see when I go home. It may sound a little vain, but its not. I just want to be able to hold my head up and be proud of myself.
I took the first step last night, I bought like 4 or 5 exercise videos so I have some variety, I bought Yoga Booty Ballet, Ballet Bootcamp, Belly Dancing, and a couple others I cant remember. but yay me!!
I used to be on this program back in WA, that works really well and I had to stop because it was too exspensive. But I took what I had learned from it and made new charts to keep track of calories and water, vitamins ect...
well the basics of the program are good nutrtion through healthy foods, no high fat, processed, packaged foods. Only protiens, veggies, fruits, milk, starches. all natural foods. So its set up where you have 3 protiens, 4 veggies, 3 fruits, 2 milks, and 2 starches for the day. a serving of protien is 140 cal, veggies are 30, fruit is 40, milk is 70, and starch is 70. so basically your caloric intake for the day is around 940 calories. BUT that gives you 100-150 calories to fudge with. its really great because its actually alot of food, you have to keep track of the calories, but its not hard to find that info.
so through out your day you mark off at the top of the sheet what you've eaten from that group and by the end of the day you'll know what you've had and what else you need to finish! I suppose to if you needed more calories than its not hard to just up the portions a bit.
I think I'll upload the chart in case anyone wants to use it. If you have any questions about it I'd be glad to help too!
now these estimated calories for each serving are a base line, so if you were to lets say add calories by way of veggies and protiens you'd be set.
anyways now that I've rambled on for ever...
