I am here to lose weight. i am pasting my food and exercise diary here, please i need you guys to criticise and correct me if i am making any mistakes, or if there is something you think i should do more. Thank you.
Today was okay, still the six times eating thing that is the prob
7:00 am 2 apples
2:00 pm 6 slices of bread and 2 eggs
8:00 pm, two parts of goat meat
total water for the day 3.5L
Exercise for the day:
30mins walking
30 mins jogging
45 mins aerobics
20 mins crunches
