Hi!

So I've decided to start my own diary. The pictures come later, when i will have a camera to shoot with it:D

So today I'm feeling kinda off. I have days when I'm full of energy to exercise, to run and somedays everything just doesn't seems right.

It's hard for me to find motivation. But I'm trying, I don't think about food too much, I drink a glass of water when i'm starting to think about chocolate. I really miss chocolate. So I will write diary everyday, and I will see how is going everday. Thank you for your support.

So I wanted to ask you, how did you lost weight, what did you do? What did you eat? My problem is that I'm hungry, and i want to eat food that makes you feel full, but it doesn't have many calories.

It's hard when you're hungry to not think about food, so what did you do about that, to get your mind of things like that?

Hi! Welcome to the forums! Short answer to your question is fiber and protein, but there's more to it then that. Need a little more information from you first though.

How tall are you and what is your current weight? Are you tracking calories and if not, would you be willing to? Do you know your BMR?

Weight loss is a basic matter of calories in versus calories out. If you eat more calories than you burn, you will gain weight. If you eat less, you will lose it. But you also don't want to eat too few because that is unhealthy. It's actually really easy to say full all day long without eating too many calories, but you'll need to track them to learn how to make that work for you.

I can make a few recommendations though. Make sure you are getting fruits and veggies every day. Not only are they good for you and provide lots of fiber, they are also usually low in calories so you won't feel hungry, yet not overeat. Make sure you are getting enough protein. Your best bets for that are lean meats (chicken, turkey, fish) and nuts, seeds and beans. Careful with the nuts though, they can be high calorie but they also have healthy fats.

Exercise is important, but not necessary. You can lose weight without it. But it will help your body to burn fat instead of muscle while you lose weight. Plus the extra calorie burn is great.

There are a lot of really great stickies at the top of each forum with lots of information too!

Good luck!
