Hey guys i just thought id make a start on the diary two weeks over due.

today i eat no breakfast. Got upset about somthing and i consumed 3 litres of pepsi i had an oven pizza for dinner and i am about to go to sleep. that was the days diet the day prior i had. 2 wheetabix with no sugar a banana and 2 glasses of water. followed by a bottle of water. then a chicken sandwidch with no butter or dressing. then a bottle of water and for dinner i eat lemon chicken (lemon cooked with lemons stuffed inside of it) on a bed of rice no 2nds. i basically have slipped today and i feel upset about it i wont say depressed but im not happy oh and i havent been gym for 4 days. a new day tommorow please guys i need some inspiration

I'm a recovering emotional eater and I smoke.

When crap happens I want to pig out and smoke my tail off.

I'm now able to stop that thought process and get involved in something productive before I turn to food.

I turn to a book/work-out/hot bath/call someone on the phone/get on-line to chat w--friends/etc.

I'm not perfect, so I do have goofs where I wasn't strong enough and I didn't do well.

What's done is done and you just have to move forward. ;)

You can do it.

I can do it.

We all can.

It sure isn't easy, but it's worth it!

You're gonna do just fine.
