Well here it goes.. 
Becoming a member here has given me hope that I can be strong and stick to my goals and be sucessful at my weight loss.
Right now Im 5'6" tall and I weigh 231 lbs My goal is to be down to my pre pregnancy (5 kids ago) Weight of 135lbs by the end next year. I think thats a realistic goal for me.
Some of the ways Im planning on reaching my goals are:
~*~Come here as often as possible for support, strength and inspiration.
~*~Eat healthy
~*~Chart and Document my Journey (Being Ornagized and seeing things on paper always helps me)
~*~Go to the gym atleast 3 times a week
~*~THINK BEFORE I EAT! I noticed I sometimes I eat when Im not hungry.
~*~Be positive.. Stop putting myself down... I have to support mr first
Well I think that covers it for now.
