The T.A. is the most overlooked muscle in the core, because it is buried and won't show. But, it is essential for hold your gut in. Work it and your core strength will improve quicker and easier.

its pretty simple, i would google it if i were you, i got lots of great info that way cuz there are lots of ways to do one. one simple way is to sit up as tall as you can, stick ur chest out as much as you can, suck inn the gut as much as you can and exhale all air from the lunges, then hold it for as long as possible, and repeat that some times.
