I'm skinny fat; not overweight by any means, just lumpy and REALLY out of shape. Well like many dieters without a lot of active exercise - or even with - I keep bouncing against a wall that seems to be made of titanium enforced steel, so I give up and bounce back up. I'm back at my very first starting weight.
This time I promise myself I'm gonna go through that wall even if it's only by a pound. I have 22 pounds of fat to lose before I'm at my ultimate goal of 18% body fat. I can't think of anything I want more than to have a healthy body. That means I'll have to exercise... which I'll try to not complain about.
Diet alone doesn't keep the pounds off: lesson learned.
