I will try my best to keep this updated... if I don't I know I will fail - I need to keep myself accounteable in order to succeed.

I got weighed this morning and was at 233lbs - no surprises there, and my waist is 40 inches.
So far today I have had half a banana I shared with my dd.
I am currently on anti biotics and they are making me feel very fatigued... I feel sluggish and like... I can't be bothered with anything
 
Thanks :hurray: Half a banana is fine for my breakfast, Only had that so I wasn't taking anti biotics on an empty stomach.
 
3/4 Tuna and sweetcorn sandwitch, half a savaloy and a 200cal bar chocoalte
Been for a walk , feeling like I am doing Ok for day one. :)
 
Oh dear, maybe I should have waited till after Halloween to start. Have been making cakes for Sunday and ate 3 little cupcakes. Am now having steamed salmon and veg and that will be it for today.
My downfall times are afternoon then evenings. I am great mornings and luch times but then I start craving stodge. I shall get weighed in the morning, I feel I should be lighter as I've eaten a whole lot less today than the previous week!

Have been for a walk after 2 Halloween cupcakes (probably no more than 100 cals these)... Chicken microwave meal, fromage frais, 200 cal bar chocolate and a can of coffee.
 
Shared a small tub of melon pieces with my daughter.
I'm going to have a think of some reasons as to why I want/need/must! lose weight and then I can read it when I get those 'what's the point' moments.
 
232lbs today, but it is Halloween so my good work might be undone!
Have had half a banana, half a gloopy thing and half a witches finger ha.
