I expect to have some between pics soon with the holidays coming up. In the mean time here is my before pic--its not quite before, it's actually at about 15 pounds lost which did make a noticable difference in my face. This is one of my vaccation pics--taken at the Bata Shoe Museum in Toronto.

cannon its a hard step posting a picture because most of us hate that old camera trying its best to tell the truth lol. Once you put the between pictures you will feel much better about posting ......
 
Well i can't see the pic due to work restrictions and what not. But I'll be looking forward to the holiday pictures. Even 15 lbs can be noticed, and a huge accomplishment. Congrats!!
 
Hey Cannon! Such a brave soul, you're my inspiration in so many ways. And you know what, I think we have the same eyeglass frames! :) :) :) Can't wait to see the next picture! *OHD beams brightly with pride*
