Hello to all you fellow suffers of that thing we call food
My name is Sam, I've just turned 24 and have been thinking a lot about my image, my health and my well being. Today is the day my mind resets itself.
I have always been overweight, but always argued I'm just under tall lol. Unfortunately i cannot convince the scales.
I am just a short 5ft but they say good things come in small packages
I have recently hit the 200lbs mark and its time to turn the clock back, I'm not looking to have a great weight loss achievement, I'm starting small and trying to get back into my size 14 (UK) Jeans
I miss them.
I am very active and am on the move most of the time, i just cant seem to get the diet bit right and it creeps up on me.
I'm going to be doing a lot of exercise and telling you all about it to bore you to tears lol.
Also thinking of making a drastic measure of going blonde, what do you think???

Todays Meals:
Not Started well today but made a small change, (thats alwasy the first step isnt it??)
Breakfast: 2 slices of toast (white bread) with - 230 cal
Snack: 1 packet of crisps - 167
Lunch: Bachelors chicken super noodles with steamed veg - 263
Dinner: 1 Jacket potato with beans and mayo - 421
Snack: Apple - 71, tube of Rolos 247 (aghrrr)
todays total: 1399
Leaving out the rolos next time lol
Exercise: I mile walk. 20 mins
Untill Tomorrow when the real work starts
