So:) Heloo.
Im on Dukan diet.
I started 08.02.2011 and i hope get my ideal weight 16.04.2011.

I will post here my weight once a week. And in next week I post my waistline and other inches.

07.02.2011- 63.1 -first day when I eat less and I was propering my body and mi mind to dieting.
08.02.2011- 62.6 first day - pure protein
09.02.2011- 62.5 second day-pure protein
10.02.2011- 62.1 third day - pure protein

:)

I eat chicken, eggs, white cheese, yogurts 3% of fat, fishes.

Tomorrow I start phase two, and I will eat protein and vegetables.

Hi! Now i have my bad days in womens life so I dont step on scale.
I have a stressing week and I ate things that I cant eat :/ But its only first week, I must to be certain about my goal.

It's tough when you have a stressful week! But you can do it!

Is your diet all protein? Or are you also incorporating fruits and veg?
