Hi everyone. I have to come back. Keeping a journal has given me more success within the past 5 years than doing it without one. It's always tough because my self esteem keeps getting a beating from all this excess weight.


My goal tomorrow is small...

Drink 10 cups of water

Exercise for 30minutes

Eat vegetables

Make health a priority.

I look forward to reading your diary again and keeping up with your progress...small steps and consistency..that's what makes it come off!
