I'm blaming this on everyone here on this forum that gave me advice for the past 4 months! THIS IS ALL YOUR FAULT!

I figured since it's only 10 days til Rome, I'm not gonna look that much different between now and then, so here's the final progress pics.
Did I get that buldging 6 pack? No. Did I get those huge muscled arms? No.
Do I feel a ****load better about taking my shirt off in public and knowing I'm still gonna get a stare or two? Hell yeah.

Full body flexed (took a few):
Back (in other words nothing):
Biceps (or strawberries):
Completely Unflexed, just letting my body hang (still a puny little runt):
There you have it ladies and gentlemen. 5 months and thats where I am now. Idk if I made a ****load of progress, but I sure do feel better. Please feel free to comment and criticize!
