Issue Maybe Weight Training Can Help?

Hey guys. Im 28 and weight train on and off, have for years. Im more into martial arts and wresting to stay in shape. I have a physical issue that has plagued me forever. I think I have always has a slight case of "bitch tits". Nothing like I see pics of when guys come off sauce from the estrogen spike, but its enough that I can't wear anything too tight because it looks stupid on my chest. Im always in pretty good shape...not even close to over weight. I even had this in high school when we were training and running 30 miles a week so I dont know if its a body fat issue.

What can I do because its to the point that it bothers me so much that I thought about maybe seeing a plastic surgeon.

Any excercises I can do or supplements I can take??

Not sure but i think high acidic diets promotes high estrogen levels in men which might cause bitch tits.

To introduce base loads to balance your PH levels eat lots of veggies and fruits and cutdown on flour and sugar based packaged food.

Not sure if Evo is up on this stuff or not....Evo??? :D

Excercises - Bench press varations and dips.
