hi im 5'10 and about 187lb im 18, i have been inactive forever and i just started to eat better and run, im really only looking for weight loss to get rid of all my extra fat in my whole body, i heard running is good for loseing over-all body weight. I work so i dont have all the time to run, but i run 3 times a day. I get winded fast so thats why i do it 3 times a day everyday instead of one long one. I tracked the distance with my car its about .8 miles the run i do so three times a day thats about 2.4 miles per day. Ive been doing it for a couple of days now and it seems to be working. Im pretty slow though but ive just started so i figure the longer i do it the easier it will come. I've also stoped eating fast food and im on a water only diet. Besides milk i still drink in the moarnings. I was hopeing someone could give me some advice as if my running 3 times a day for really not to long of a time will be just as effective. I like the pase im going at now and i do feel better even though its only been a couple of days sorry for the long thread i just need some good advise.
