I've recently started a new gym routine. Not sure whether its too much?
Monday
Morning: Bike 45 mins + Core
Night: Back + Biceps (5 sets, 12,12,10,8,6 reps of Chin-ups, Pulldowns, Barbell rows, seated rows, dumbbell curls, barbell rows)
Tuesday
Morning: Run 45 mins
Night: Legs (5 sets of 12 reps. Squats, Leg extensions, hamstring curls, calf raises, groin abductor/adductor exercises, Leg press)
Wednesday
Morning: Bike 45 mins + Core
Night: Chest + Triceps(5 sets, 12,12,10,8,6 reps of Bench Press, Dumbbell Press, Barbell Shoulder Press, Dumbbell Shoulder press, Shoulder raises, Tricep dips, Tricep pulldowns)
Thursday
Rest Day
Friday
Morning: Bike 45 mins + Core
Night: Upper workout comprising of compound exercises mostly. 5 sets of 8-12 reps. (Bench press, Shoulder press, Chin-ups, seated rows, skull-crushers, '21's
Saturday
Morning: Run 45 mins
Night: Legs (5 sets of 12 reps. Squats, Leg extensions, hamstring curls, calf raises, groin abductor/adductor exercises, Leg press)
Sunday
Rest Day
All the weight sessions take about 50 minutes.
Im about 5'8, weigh about 155lbs. Was thinking of cutting, have put on about 10lbs since April, lifting amounts have gone up immensely. Also how does the workout look? What could i do to improve?
