I've been doing bodyweight training at home for the past 3-4 months now and just recently joined a gym and have already noticed a difference from it. I noticed this about a week ago and wasn't sure if it's just because my muscles are still developing or what? I'm not even sure off hand what the name of this muscle is, but I'm sure some of you will help me on that
It just seems weird that a muscle would develop like this... It's more noticeable in person too.
I realize everyone's physique is different, so maybe it's just me? Again I just wasn't sure if this looked right and wanted some opinions... I'm still a newb... lol
