There are lots of different oppinions and measures of 'good':
1. bench press BWx12, 1.5xBW, military press BW, squat & deadlift 2xBW
2. handstand pushup x10, pullup x20
3. 400/300/200 Deadlift/Squat/Benchpress
Of course, whatever your present condition or goals, keep working at it and improving.
