ok here is an overview of what diet is like ...
mornings start off with protein shake and something like a bowl of cereal or something else which has a good amount of carbs to jumpstart me for the day. sometimes i have a protein plus powerbar ... its got protein and carbs.. i believe it can be a good subsitute ... but dont have that for many breakfasts.
from then on i eat things like
chicken breasts,
chicken burger patties (non breaded... 20g protein,6carbs,7g fat), tuna,
eggs
every 3-4 hours. and usually add in things like fruit such as an apple or orange ... or something small to go with the meals. (also things like brown rice or potatoes too)
for snackin ... i usually find some crackers or something, also have smaller energy bars (detour ect) when im cravn food. sometimes when workin ill get a pizza bun or something like that .. cuz i just need food cuz im soo hungry ... but in a controlled way ... and i usually get good food. i also on occasion have a pizza slice now and then and also when chilln with friends or something have some hotdogs or mini pizza's or whatevr... but not alot .. and i usually can hold myself back. its just sometimes.
so its pretty much mostly based on protein .. moderate carbs ... low carbs in the evening. i do weight train .. but not at the moment because i need to buy new weights ... will be starting again soon. calories usually add up to around 1600 - 1700 .. im around 190-195lbs (was 195 months ago, havnt weighed self since and dont know if ive really lost ne lbs) and im 6' tall.
usually try to run 4-5 days of the week (8km runs) if i dont work too often.
im just wondering if this diet is farely good for losing the bodyfat ... and if theres ne ways i can better it to be more effective. (i think im going to start eating more peanuts)

oh yeah .. and i was also wondering if things like xenadrine work.
and also if i should buy fatty acids omega 6 and 3 supplements.
