23 Yr old Male - I weigh 12.5 stone about 5-6 in height

Breakfast: Bowl of cereal e.g. Cheerios

Then I have the below 3 in the morning at about 11ish:

Banana

Apple

Packet of Crisps

Lunch: 2 Toasts with butter and marmite or chocolate spread

Go gym - Hour on the treadmill.. a slow run about 7 km about 3 times a week

then for dinner: A tomato, a pepper, carrot and cucumber all cut up in to small blocks with a slicer dicer and served with sour cream. this fills out a big plate!

Is this a good diet plan?

Add more protein. I actually feel, contrary to popular belief, protein is better for you in the morning as protein makes you feel more 'full', and breakfast is the most important meal regarding your metabolism and hunger.

:iagree: You should defo eat more protein dude, it is so good for you and the fact that keeps you fuller for longer is a great bonus!! Anyways you are doing great! Keep up the hard work!!

AHiya,

Can I ask what ur trying to achieve? In my head I don't see a man of your height and weight being fat at all?

I don't think your really eating enough r u not hungry after just some raw veggies and sour cream for dinner? I would b ravenous especially after an hr gym workout. Try having something like a chicken breast with veg like broccoli/cauliflower and just 3-4 baby potatoes. It's a low cal meal and the chicken can b ur source of protein

Goal is to lost body fat and belly fat.

prior to starting this diet I was told not to eat chicken for my evening meal as it takes longer to digest and contains fat also? What are your thoughts on this?

Plate full of veg is plenty for me. I will start drinking protein shakes in to morning to make me feel fuller for longer etc

What about eating beef steaks?

Any other suggestions?
