23 Yr old Male - I weigh 12.5 stone about 5-6 in height
Breakfast: Bowl of cereal e.g. Cheerios
Then I have the below 3 in the morning at about 11ish:
Banana
Apple
Packet of Crisps
Lunch: 2 Toasts with butter and marmite or chocolate spread
Go gym - Hour on the treadmill.. a slow run about 7 km about 3 times a week
then for dinner: A tomato, a pepper, carrot and cucumber all cut up in to small blocks with a slicer dicer and served with sour cream. this fills out a big plate!
Is this a good diet plan?

You should defo eat more protein dude, it is so good for you and the fact that keeps you fuller for longer is a great bonus!! Anyways you are doing great! Keep up the hard work!!
