Ok, so I went to the gym for the first time in a while this week. Anyway I worked out my back, triceps, and on the pec dec did my pecs. Now I did it until I was done with my sets and was normally sore mid way through my last set so I just finished up. THe rest of the day and next day however I didn't really feel it. Does this mean I didn't work it out hard enough? I mean my tricep is still a bit sore, but I didn't feel anything in my back for the rest of the day. Just curious thanks for any reply's.
