Is this a myth?

Hi, i heard a lot of times that when you achived your goal , if you quite all exercise BUT STILL EATING CLEAN all muscle will not remain "hard" or the hard look, if you have pecs you will have man boobs, is this a myth? and when you quite exercicing what happened to the gain muscle THANKS

If you stop lifting the muscle will vanish yes. dieting will only speed this up as the body breaks down muscle to use as fule.

Your muscles use up a lot of the calories you eat, so whats the point in your body holding on to something thats useing so much energy? If you stop using them they will go. You may loose a good years training in 3-6months.

You wont suffer from much/if any muscle loss in the first month.

Its impossible for muscle to "turn into" fat....as far as i know.

you have heard the saying" if you dont use it you will lose it" thats correct but as dan said it will not turn into fat..you might gain fat if you overeat and dont exercise

The disuse of the muscle will cause muscle atrophy, which means the muscle tissue will slowly breakdown due to non-use. Usually what happens is when someone stops working out, they get lazy with their diet as well and the combination can have someone look like the muscle turned into fat from disuse however this is not the case.
