Is this a good workout?

Hi all I recently returned to the gym after pretty much being a lazy gamer bum for the past year+. I started a routine to help me get back in shape and was wondering what I need to do also.

Right now I am doing an hour of cardio consisting of this
Treadmill 35 min
10min warmup
10min run
5min walk
5min run
5min walk

Elliptical trainer 25min
5min warmup
10min fast paced
10min cooldown

I am also doing light weight training 3 days a week(which is very contrary to what I did before) I am kinda lost on this aspect and will probably search more on this but I want to know if what I am doing on cardio is ok? thanks
 
Looks good to me. How many days a weeks are you doing this? With the proper diet you should be back in shape in no time.

I would continue to look into strength training as well. Nothing heavy duty but alternating with a cardeo workout you will see results much quicker and you'll feel better and stronger in the long run IMO.
