Is this a good plan?

Is this a good plan for trying to gain muscle??

ok im 16 and i work out 3 times a week and run twice a week. i do two muscle groups each time a work out.

Monday - Chest/Biceps
Tuesday - run
Wednesday - Shoulders/Legs
Thursday - run
Friday - Back/Triceps
Saturday - off
Sunday - off

I eat 3,500 Calories and 152 Protein a day.
I am cut but skinny guy who has a really fast metabolism and i'm 16. do you think this is a good plan??

I have a pet peeve with doing legs and shoulders on the same day...but it seems to be a trend. Your legs are the biggest muscle group of your body. To work them out properly I just hitting on their own. Also...shoulders help give you a bigger look. I would focus on them pretty hard too.

my $.02

uhh.. upper back, lower back, abs?? and roroco is 100% right, lower body deserves it own day, below is just a suggestion..
chest, shoulders, tris
off
legs
off
back, biceps

start w/compound exercises, end with isolation exercises

well getting bigger isn't only about lifting, although it is important. what you eat is also very important, if possible, you calorie intake should be around 4000 a day, with more than 1gram of protein per lb of body weight. these numbers are a little extreme bc u said A LOT bigger, lol. obviously if you bump the numbers down it will take more time.

and if your main goal is looking good, i find that isometric exercises work very well in combination with a normal workout routine (won't do anything by themselves)

**EDIT** make sure before you run you have protein in ur body, otherwise you take the risk of catabolism

to add to mreik, if you have a really fast matabolism, then maybe you should not run all that much. Since running will burn calories and calories are the building blocks of size.
