Is this a good bench workout?

I do 150 3 reps per set and I do 5 sets intotal I do 15 reps from each 5 sets I did that consist of 3 reps per set. Ive been told this is a bad wokrout for your chest and I do this every other 3 days mon, wed, friday. Should I drop the weight? Or keep at it ?
 
If you're looking for strength I see nothing wrong with what you're doing, if you're going for size, than raise the reps to 10, and lower the weight.
 
I would change it up almost everytime. Sometimes more reps or less and sometimes more sets or less and change up the weight.

haha im having problems understanding too? I started at 3X10 then lowered weight went to 4x8 then stuck with it till i was where i wanted to be..i needed str fast so i did 5x5 for about 2 months started at 230 and got to 245. for 5x5 id suggest that for str but, again it all depends on what u want!
 
wow goldy i love your math lol. Like others have said, if you are trying to gain size try like 3 sets of 8-12 reps. Its really that simple.
