Is this a good abdominal workout ?

Crunches X 10
Leg raises X 10
Reverse crunches X10
Plank X30 seconds
Situps X 10
Russian twists X10
Mountain climbers X20
Bicycles X20
Scissor kick X 10
Heel touch X 10
ab circles X 10
Jackknifed X10

I am doing two sets at the moment . any suggestions ?
If I do this 3-4 days per week and eat a healthy diet . will I get a six pack ?
