is that allrite bodybuilding programme?

hi there
last week i joined gym after a year break. the gym i joined seems very unprofessionial but oldschool. person who runs doesnt look like qualified trainer and i doubt he is. he gave me a bodybuilding programme that they have created and as he said they see positive and nice results of people doing it.
well I want to grow muscle a bit, extend them and kind of shape them. I am 21 years old i weight 165 lb and i am 6 ft tall.
is that programme given to me is right for me?

5x10 is good for building muscle. I personally would cut back on the isolation work for the arms, but different strokes for different folks. As far as pushing/pulling muscles go, it's fairly well balanced, although I'd like to see a little more rear shoulder/upper back work relative to the amount of pushing going on here. I'd maybe replace the frontal raises with face pulls.

"3 first series are with not too have weight and then next two suppose to be hardly done." I'm not sure what this means. Could you clarify?

Are you new to training as this affects what training you should do? Has your trainer given you a nutrition guide as getting enough, and the right calories is important?
