Hello,everybody
,
I was lately very impressed by the results in weight loss by Oprah.She is my role model and I enjoy watching her shows.When asked how did she loose weight she said that she walks on treadmill 90 minuts per day and,more than that,she said that according to her instructers this is the absolute minimum you have to do in order to loose weight
.I currently walk on treadmill and try to speedwalk 20 minutes per mile,4,5 miles a day.My callory intake is below 800 a day.Any advice?Is that really true you have to walk 90 minutes per day,seven days a week?Any help will be greatly appreciated.
