Is my workout enough?

I am 16. I workout 6/7 days every other day I do the same workout, and I'm not sure if my workout is any good.
I hope to become a future marine officer. My body fat percentage is about 28 percent I'm 5'7. Im overweight for sure started gaining weight after i got my workout Bench. Here's my workout regimen:
Monday: I start by benching 80 pounds 10 reps then
15 reps of 20 pound roller lift (thighs) after I do
10 reps of 20 pound dumbbell (triceps) I lift to my chest touching then back to my side
I top it off with 10 crunches and that's one set. After I finish that 10 times I later start adding more sets up to 15 before adding more weights.
After finishing all that I do 10 sets of 80 pounds reps incline bench press and in between each set I do 10 reps 20 pound dumbbell also 10 sets.
I'm not done yet I then workout doing flies 20 pound each side 6 sets slowly going up to 10 sets eventually and in between each set I do 10 crunches also 6 sets to 10 later.
Tuesday I run 2 or more miles with my dog taking bout 30 mins or more.
Wednesday repeat Monday
Thursday repeat Tuesday
Friday repeat Monday
Saturday repeat Tuesday.
So is my workout really any good?
Oh and every night I do 20 really good extreme tough push ups slowly and pecs to ground slowly to go up again along with 5 sets of sit ups between 20-30 sit up. Non stop EVERY night.
 
You are focusing too much on your chest, ant. deltoid and triceps. What about back, biceps, legs and core? Keep a log of your run. Time yourself and aim to improve by going faster or running a further distance.
