You look just as lean to me. I don't see any reason to cut yet

thanx guys, thats kinda what i figured but i wasnt sure if there is a point where you should take a break or not, but ill definitely keep bulking. can you see any gains though? or should i be doin somethin different?

It takes about five weeks to start losing what you have gained, muscle that is. When I take a break from lifting its for a couple of weeks. Once and a while I have to do that to prevent over training. It also makes me stronger and even appear more muscular if I rest at the appropriate times.

You have been "bulking" from September to the present. This is approximately 4 months. At present, you are VERY LEAN.

1. What was your starting composition? Body weight, etc.
2. How much lean tissue mass did you gain during these 4 months?
3. Are you happy with your weight gain?

I agree in continuing to bulk. However, I am curious in what you have been doing in diet and within fitness training. Maybe you should open this up, and see if it may or may not need any tweaking.

Best wishes to you!

hey Chillen, i started in september but for the first few months i really didnt have a healthy diet like i do now. now im my diet consists of things like: chicken breasts, pork chops, peanut butter sandwiches, rice, wild game, tons of fruit, plenty of milk, and a whey protein shake every day. i saw a few gains in the first few months( sept - Nov), then i started eating more properly and jumped from somewhere around 135, 138lbs to 146lbs from late november to early January. Right now im doing full body workouts 3 X a week with pyramid routines and have slowly started to gain a little in my arms and shoulders. im still not exactly where id like to be, id like to be somewhere around the 160-165lb range before i go to cut. does it sound like im pretty much on the right track or should i change something?

Just a side note, i had a very small build when i first started and have always had a tough time gaining even the slightest bit of body fat let alone muscle.
