Hi there. i always see advertisements at the gym starting in May such as "summer shape up", or here people say that they need to get ripped for summer and attempt to do it in the two months before summer. but is this a realistic goal? Lets say someone was eating perfect, doing their cardio and doing weight training for 2 months straight, would their be noticiable changes in their body? For me, there is no way i could possibly see major changes in my body in that amount of time, it really has taken me years. Does it just depend on peoples body types? Any thougts would be appreciated.
