Recently I been tryin to improve my endurance by running after each work out ses. Is this good or bad in building....

When you lift weights, your body needs a lot of energy (glucose, which is taken from the glycogen stores). When you go through that, which isn't difficult especially if your pre-workout nutrition is lacking, your body will start chewing up both fat and muscle for energy.
