I have a meal plan worked out for myself that I'm hesitant to start because I'm not sure what to do about my husband. Pretty much ever since we've been together, I've always cooked him dinner. Because he works a third shift schedule, it's pretty much the only meal that I ever make him. When he comes home from work at 7:30 in the morning, I'm still sleeping, so he helps himself to a bowl of cereal or toast. He packs himself a lunch to take with him when he goes to work. It usually consists of leftovers. Other times, he packs a sandwich.
He's all of 145 pounds, so you can imagine he doesn't eat much. Is it fair to ask my husband to start making his own dinner? Should he be eating what I'm eating, or is that unfair to him?
