I've gained about 40 or more pounds since January 08, here in the past 2 or 3 weeks, I've cut out fast food, drink a gallon of water a day, and walk 30 minutes a day, and I've only lost 7 pounds, which I think is all water weight. =/
My husband on the other hand; in August he weighed 260 pounds. He don't excersize at all, drinks buttloads of gatorade and soda. But now, he weighs 228 pounds, and the weight keeps falling off of him.
I know part of it is his metabolism, cause he eats small meals throughout the day, but I don't think metabolism causes that much of a factor, his mom says its the sudden change in his diet since he moved in with me, could that be it? Or is it just easier for men to lose weight?
