I'm new to this, and just started a fitness / exercise plan. I've bought York 520 bench, link below -
and am doing the following for 3 - 4 days now. Thought I'd seek some guidance from experts on dos / don'ts, etc.
- flat bench press 30kg 3x10 reps
- chest flye using attachment 20kg 3x10 reps
- chest flye - dumbell 6kg each 3x10 reps
- Lat pull down - 28kg 3x10 reps
- Leg extension - 25kgs 3x20 reps
- Leg curl - 25kgs 3x10 reps
- Preacher curl - 25kgs 3x10 reps
Please advice on the weights and reps.. i.e. are they OK a beginner, should I increase the reps or weight, etc.
