Is 30 min. enough rest before I eat my meal?

I have one full-time and part-time job and only get 4-6 hours of sleep every night but I still manage to squeeze in my workout (80% strength training and 20% cardio) five times a week. My question is: after working out for one full hour, I only allow about 30-45 minutes before I eat my dinner (which is a small meal) and is this enough time to give my (sometimes sore) muscles a rest? Especially my abs?

I usually take a Protein shake after my workout but is it OK to eat a full dinner about an hour after training?
