Irritating instructor at the gym

Just like the quirky personality that attracted you to your mate can often turn and result in divorce - the same has happened with a teacher at my gym.

When she taught the Gold Card classes, I thought she was fun and energetic. Now that she's teaching basic everyday classes, it's not that much fun anymore, and her attitute makes me think that she'd rather be .... (elsewhere).

I suffered through a few of them, and ended up walking out of 2 of them. She KNOWS we're not dancers. She KNOWS we can't push ourselves the way she thinks we should.

I told the manager, who obviously can't do anything about it; the classes are changed every few months. At some point she'll get reshuffled and I'll have someone else to contend with .. but until then ?

Anyone ?

It's funny - we pay so much money for the gym and we expect good PTs and good instructors. Yet we do not get them. Is the class run at a different time and does someone else take it? I would suggest trying another class.

My gym runs boot camp every so often (they are so lazy when it comes to it, it should b a continuous thing but they don't) and they get this one instructor that I hate. He doesn't push and one time he took us outside in the freezing cold doing stretches for one hour. I have said that if this guy takes Boot Camp, I refuse to go. Simple as that. If people stop going to a certain class, management are going to question why and will want to resolve it

Does anyone else feel like you? Maybe you've just gone to too many of her classes and got bored of her style?
