Irish Guy down 46lbs still a good bit to go

Hi, I have been looking on this site for about a year now as I've been losing weight. I have found it very motivating and inspiring. Everybody here has been doing fantastic. I have lost about 46lbs so far in just over a year. I'm down to 100kg from 122kg. I am pretty happy with my progress. It's been gradual but I prefer it that way. I just cut out junk food and started going to the gym 4 times a week as well as playing soccer weekly. I am hoping to lose another 10kg and then assess where I am. I really love the gym now and I love the confidence I am getting from it. the first photo is at 122 and now at 100kg
 
congrats!! always good to hear success stories. Gradual weight loss is really the only way to do it safely and the easiest way to keep it off. Congrats again.
 
I've lost another 5lbs since my first post... Again just sticking to the gym and watching what I eat, nothing radical although the gym sessions are pretty intense but its enjoyable more than anything else
