I am 162 cm, and want to go down to 65 kg. This is my day 1 and I will put up my weight here every day if I can! I know someone says it's not good to go on the scale every day but I like to see that the scale drops 100 grams every morning. It keeps me motivated.. Earlier this summer I went from 79 kgs to 74 kgs. Now I am at 76 kgs so I will try it again and keep on working out
